High Power LEDs

StarkLED blunova has a modular design which utilizes a state-of-the-art light engine, bringing versatility and precision to its aquarium systems. Each module has one CREE XM-L cool white LED with a maximum power output of 3.3W.

CREE XLamo XM-L cool white LEDs have a color temperature (CCT) of about 8300K, while delivering an efficacy of 160 lumens per watt at 350mA.

CREE XP-E blue LEDs have a standard wavelength of 465m, while royal blue LEDs have a wavelength of 485nm.

Wireless Ready

StarkLED blunova is embedded with a 2.4GHz wireless module, which is compatible with the StarkLED Wireless Controller.

StarkLED Wireless Controller allows you to control up to 30 StarkLED wireless-ready lights and to program complex functions including: schedules, brightness levels, sunrise/sunset, and thunderstorm effects according to weather information in real-time.

Quintuple Lenses

Each of StarkLED blunova’s LED modules is equipped with one quintuple lens. These lenses are made with high-quality material that maximizes the amount of light which can pass through them, and allows them to last the lifetime of each LED.

The quintuple lenses have a 90-degree angle view, providing you with optimal coverage.

LED Brightness Memories

You can adjust the brightness of each LED in each LED module and store the customized brightness level into one of the three memory slots.

Sunrise and Sunset

Whenever you connect the light to power or set off using the controller, blunova will gradually turn on each LEDs on each LED modules, from right to left, blue to white.

Thunderstorm

The thunderstorm effect lasts about 4 minutes. It can be triggered manually by using the integrated controller, and will be triggered automatically about once every two weeks.

Using the StarkLED Wirless Controller, the thunderstorm effect can be triggered according to real-time weather information.

Orbiting Moonlight

This unique feature of the StarkLED blunova allows you to create a moving moonlight effect, which simulates the orbit of the actual moon in the night sky.

The brightness of the moonlight is adjustable.

With the StarkLED Wireless Controller, the brightness of the moonlight can be simulated in cohesion with the current moon phase in our solar system.

Advanced CPU

The heart of StarkLED blunova is capable of performing up to 200 million calculations per second.

Firmware Upgradability

StarkLED will continuously be adding more features to blunova. You can easily upgrade the firmware from your PC, using a USB Cable (Cable included).

High Grade Aluminum Case

Your blunova LED light is protected with 5mm of corrosion-resistant aluminum casing, which lines the inside of the LEDs. This solid armor protects your light, gives the light sophisticated substance, and even helps to dissipate heat. These properties help to protect the light and prolong its lifespan.
